All Scoot & Ride products have a 3-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects.* Proof of purchase is required for all claims, and you must be the original owner of the product.

Damages caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or regular wear and tear are excluded, and we reserve the right to require an inspection of the product in order to assess the eligibility for the warranty claim.

All claims must be submitted through our Service Form. Once submitted, you will hear from our team within the following 2 business days.

 

Approved warranty claims will result in the faulty product being repaired or replaced (at our discretion), at no cost to the customer.

Please note that it is not necessary to register your product in order to benefit from the warranty. Product registration is exclusively for recalls and safety alerts.

*The above warranty is valid exclusively for Scoot & Ride products that were purchased on the scootandride.ca website, or purchased at any retailer is based in Canada. The Scoot & Ride products that were purchased from sellers or platforms that are located outside of Canada are not covered under the Scoot & Ride Canada warranty. If you have purchased a Scoot & Ride product from a seller or platform that is located outside of Canada, please contact the seller for assistance.
