We stand behind the quality of our products. Every Scoot & Ride item purchased in Canada comes with a 3‑year warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
What’s covered
This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship that affect the normal use of the product. It is intended to protect you against issues that arise from the way the product was made, not from how it was used. To qualify, the product must have been purchased in Canada and you must be able to provide proof of purchase.
What’s not covered
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper assembly, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the function of the product are also excluded. In some cases, we may request photos or ask to inspect the product in order to determine whether the issue is eligible for warranty coverage.
How to submit a claim
Simply contact us and we will let you know what information we need.
What happens after approval
If a product is determined to be defective, we will repair or replace the defective part or product, at our discretion, and at no cost to you. Our goal is always to resolve the issue quickly and ensure your child can get back to riding safely and happily.
Product registration
You do not need to register your product to receive warranty coverage.
Important notes
This warranty applies only to Scoot & Ride products purchased directly from scootandride.ca or from authorized retailers located in Canada. Products purchased from sellers or platforms based outside of Canada are not covered under the Scoot & Ride Canada warranty. If your purchase was made outside of Canada, please contact the seller directly for assistance.
