Once you place your order, we get to work quickly. All in‑stock items are packed and shipped within two business days. As soon as your package heads out the door, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
We always choose the shipping method that gets your order to you the fastest and most reliably. If you’re in a hurry, Express shipping is available at checkout, where you’ll see the fees and estimated delivery times (rural addresses may take a little longer than indicated). Orders of $100 or more before taxes ship for free anywhere in Canada.
Orders of $100 or less before taxes ship for a simple flat fee of $10, coast to coast. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you need to update or cancel your order, just reach out within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to help. Once a shipping confirmation has been sent, your package is already on the move and we may not be able to intercept it or make changes, but we’ll always try to support you however we can.

Returns and Exchanges
Sometimes plans change, and that’s completely okay. If you’re thinking about returning or exchanging an item, here’s everything you need to know before getting started.
Our return policy covers orders placed directly on our website, www.scootandride.ca. If you purchased your Scoot & Ride product from a retailer or another website, they’ll be the best ones to help you with a return or exchange.
To request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, all items become final sale.
For holiday shoppers, we extend the window: orders received between November 1st and December 24th can be returned or exchanged until January 15th of the following year.
Returned products must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging (including labels). We inspect all returned items before completing a refund or exchange. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed within five business days.
If a product comes back to us used, damaged, or missing its original packaging, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges are handled like a fresh order. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll credit the value of the item, and you can place a new order whenever you’re ready.
