All orders for products that are in stock are prepared and shipped within 2 business days, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number once your order has shipped.

All shipping charges incurred to send the order are non-refundable, and all returns will be at the customer's expense. Refused shipments and shipments not collected from shipping depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.

We offer free shipping for all orders of $ 100 or more (taxes excluded). This is valid regardless of the destination Province or region.
We charge a flat fee of $ 10 for any order that does not qualify for free shipping (with a total of less than $ 100 before taxes). This fee is the same regardless of the destination Province or region.
